OK thanks Tom.
I took you advice and installed a 5v regulator so now I am running on the flightpack instead.
I managed a short 3 min flight today just before sunset posted here;

Due to the dark, the video is not that great - the Mobius needs daylight... And it was really windy too - I estimate 6-7 m/s, so it is quite amazing that this little wing performs so well during those conditiions...
With less wind it flies like on rails but here's a bumpy ride!
