General discussions on the Gluon-project that don't fit elsewhere. If required, I will create more subforums.

I also own a GoPro2 and do some flying with it.
Need to post some videos.
What fov do you set when flying?
What video editing tool do you use?

Hi Lukaz! Thanks - I would be great to see your GoPro2 movies too.
I used medium FOV in the 1080p mode to avoid seeing the nose and too much barrel distortion....

I have used a few different editing softwares but this year I have been using the new iMovie HD since we upgraded or MacBook recently. It is very easy to use and much more stable than any PC software I have tested.

New video!

After some tweaking with the GoPro2 I have managed to get it vibration free and I cut off some of the front of the wing to avoid having any 'foam' in the picture... I am really happy with this camera - better than the old GoPro in terms of colours and clarity.

Here's a video edited from two flights around my neighbourhood with some final footage from 500 meters.
I still have some meters to go to hit Eddi's and Tom's records... We live just by one of the radio beacons (visible in the field north of where I take off/land!) for Copenhagen airport so I would need to go somehwere else to do those attempts :o

Enjoy the video!

Well maybe we got higher but you got the best scenery! Very nice colors at that altitude, very clear skies!

I can almost recognize the coastline from my map of Sweden ;-)

Tom is absolutely right, we can not offer such beautiful landscapes. Would also like to live like that, I love the Baltic Sea.

I look forward to your next video: "Sweden-Denmark and back" :D
Would be there and back about 9-10 km, quite feasible.
I have the passage min. 20 time traversed, but with the ferry.
