Twinstar 2?

Postby Schaltkreis » Mon Jul 16, 2012 12:40 am

Hi,
I would like to build an Autopilot in Twinstar2. The Plane has two Aylerons and two motors.
Is it possible to mix the two motors with rudder? And mix the ailerons optional with flaps.
I would like to have a Twinstar that is able to do "Vertical Side Slip" (german: "Messerflug"). I don't know if that might be possible with this plane. But I guess it is not possible whitout differentiel motorcontroll, because the rudder is to small.

regards
Kai

The lift of the wings will be different because of different air flow. Can crash, especially during takeoff or landing.

The motor mixing will only be possible if you program a custom mixing function.

Even so, I don't believe you would need differential motor control do fly a messerflug. Maybe as optimisation to fly circles :-)
