Hi Tom,
I press the button to set for FTDI connection in Telemetry tab. Now I download 0.5.2 firmware to the gluonpilot 0.1J as follows:

From Gluonconfig, if I don't press Load Default, everything would stop (no sensor data, no GPS info, no R/C input). But when I press Load Default, then I can see that GPS is locked, I see sensor data moving. But R/C input does not work. I test already that radio/receiver works as I put a servo in a spare channel. As you can see from Realterm output here:
