Hi Ludwig,

First off I would flash the board with latest Firmware.
Not sure when you got the board but I would double check this and do the flash - you would be then sure that you are up to date.

Secondly make sure that when you want to switch to autopilot mode you have the RC channel trimmed in a way that gluopilot board actually knows that this is AP mode. Verify this by running GluonConfig tool and check that the AP channel when switching to AP goes to the left side:

Thirdly, looking at circle that you want the plane to fly:
1.CIRCLE_REL(0, 0, 25, 25)
2.GOTO 1

The figure (circle) is to tight: Height 25m and radius 25m - not sure if this is safe altitude :)

Tom might correct me or add additional information that might help you out.
All the best in first flights!!

Lukasz just said everything :-)

I don't know what type of plane you are flying, but I would set the circle radius to a minimum of something like 80 meters and a height of 100 meters to be safe (to begin with).

Ludwig, It would be better if you flashed the module.

Tom has provided very good guidelines how to do this:

Ludwig,

The software version is OK. You probably need to trim the "autopilot-mode-channel" on your transmitter. If you send me the .xml containing the Datalog I can take a look as well.

The green bar in the configuration tool (RC-input tab, the channel you selected as "AP") should be able to move from the left (autopilot mode) to the center (stabilized mode) to the right (manual mode).

Ok, make a photo or screenshot when your transmitter is in "autopilot mode".

Hmmm this looks to be OK...

What did you enter in the "PID" tab?
