OK I switched cables and...voila I see data coming to gluonconfig
The only thing that is not working at the moment is the thing that I can't reboot the module from gluonconfig tool. Read also doesn't seem to work.
Also I'm not able to read Dataloging.
Any thoughts?

Beside above I can see sensors reading and data on Dashboard.

Yes writing data is not yet possible. The buffer for sending and receiving is shared on the XBee. I guess I should disable telemetry when the gluonconfig wants to send data. Still needs to be investigated...

ok, thanks for clarification.
Anyway, I have a telemetry link.
Now its time for flight tests.

I will also correct the connection schematics that i provided couple post earlier.

Also, Tom, can you share the firmware that has xbee reboot functionality implemented?
